Fabulous!!!!
I bid on and won a earrings, The photos on the website were enough to make me bid, But when I received the earrings, the product was even more beautiful than the pictures. I really like it, but over all a great experience dealing with Elbert Gallery!

There was an issue with my very expensive bid. I contacted Elbert Gallery; they stepped up and corrected this quickly and politely-and-I must admit the mishap was on my end. After reading reviews on the unsavory practices of other auction houses, I realize how lucky I was to work with Claire and Elbert Gallery. Sorry to get this review. The main stone of the emerald ring you won is 1.89ct, which was descriped on the detail page. The reason why you think is misrepresented is because that the model's finger size shown on pictures is not the same as yours. We suggest all our bidder to read thoroughly the item description before bidding. Our jewelry pieces are exquisite made and many buyers were pleased with their purchases.

Shipped from China-large fault through middle of the stone
Do not buy from this auction house. Had to contact Liveauctioneers to get get my emerald ring delivered after 2 months. It finally arrived with multiple faults in the stone. It was mailed directly from China. What a scam.

1. Our lots are from all over the world which was clearly written in our terms and rules 2. Our lots are certified by and will not be fakes. It is normal for emeralds to contain impurities. If you know emeralds, you will know the characteristics. 3. Due to the Covid-19, it is normal for the delivery to be delayed. It just so happens that your product is sent by a Chinese supplier, so there will be a delay. We still appreciate your comments and comments on our work, and we will pay attention to these issues and details in future work.

Helpful and professional
The Gallery were extremely helpful at all times. When I first received my ring it needed resizing, they were professional and asked me to send the ring to their Hong Kong office, where it was resized as requested. I received the ring back in a timely matter and I would be more than happy to buy from them again.
