** This review also goes out to the person (s) that received my 8 lots without payment!! ** You are what's wrong with the comic book community! You stole from me and had to make Aeron's Auction refund me instead of doing the right thing and either sending MY comics back to them OR sending them directly to me. As someone who has had another person's product (s) sent to me by accident, I got a shipping label directly from the auction house and sent it to the RIGHTFUL owner. Costing me NOTHING!! To quote the great Joey Swoll "YOU NEED TO DO BETTER!!" ** Review of how Aeron House handled it ** I received 4 of the 12 lots I won. Of the 4 lots, 1 was going to be sold while the other 3 were for my PC. The other 8 had the potential to earn triple to quadruple my money spent. The auction house reimbursed my full asking amount without any negotiations and allowed me to keep the 4 lots received for free. I'm very disappointed with the loss of lots; however, Aeron House did the right thing, and I'll continue to do business with them.

Seamless purchase, and shipping

Sometimes you look at pictures and assume that your bidding on items shown but then their are times that items shown actually don't appear when received. Kinda leaves you wondering what exactly did I spend my hard earned money on.. sad times can be disappointed ☹ ️. Most offen disappointing.... But a good house is a good house. Sometimes mistakes happen on both ends. Looks can be deceiving and lessons learned.....

While the bidding process is straightforward and easy, the follow-up processes of payment and shipping are equally so, as well. Once I have effected payment for the winning bid (s) and shipping costs, I can rest assured that the items will arrive safe & sound and in a timely manner. It's as simple as that.

I was kind of shocked by the shipping costs, but they did their best to reduce it, and it was mostly my fault for not taking into account just how many and how heavy what I bought was. They tend to respond promptly and do their best to make everything go smooth and I appreciate that.

Overall, this first transaction with Aeron House went well. Shipping was timely and not overly expensive which I appreciate. I do wish they gave dimensions of containers/packaging to give buyers a better idea when trying to decide to bid or not. I will check out more of their auctions.

Great Auction house selling authentic movie posters and other items. Great photos and always great communication. Have bought a few things now and will keep watching their auctions. They always are bringing great items to auction. Especially in movie posters and related material.

Avoid these people. One of the worst I have dealt with. Numerous damaged packages. Extremely poor packing. Worst ever. My one and only time bidding in their auctions.

One great auction house that responds to questions and problems quickly and efficiently. A very honest company that has a staff that is personnel and responsive. I have bid at several auctions and will continue to do so. I highly recommended them they do a standup job.

Good Cards

This was for my 11yr old as we haven't been able to obtain anything locally and wanted to support a Veteran company; needless to say, she was beyond excited to get this as it was just as photos presented and will purchase products again as the experience overall was really great. Great packaging. Fast shipping.

Easy process everytime

Wasn't exactly sure what cards were there but overall satisfied. Wish the cards would have been a little more securely shipped in a small box for cards instead of a zip lock bag surrounded by a few pieces of bubble wrap. Fortunately, no cards were damaged.

Came to pick up the poster. Waited for a couple of minutes. My items are just as supposed. Very nice, very polite, absolute pleasure to deal with. Father/Son team, great guys. Thank you for courtesy and for your responsiveness. Greg Kaidanov
