Very easy to deal with. SHIPPING IS REASONABLE & IN-HOUSE. Payments can be great if you allow it.
I love this company! It's the only reason I still use liveauctioneers. It might be the only one not charging obscene shipping costs using 3rd Co mailing.

They are slow to deliver
you buy, they demand payment immediately, they then take forever to send it out and sometimes forget and then make excuses, I bought something December 16th, itw January 4th and it is not getting shipped till 1/5 and ever after i asked for a tracking number by message and got no response, they still continued to wait but they know how to send links to new auctions on time. Always an excuse, they just lost a customer

We are sorry had a poor experience with shipping. To clarify comments, the auction ended on December 16 and won the item on that date, but LA did not disburse his funds to us until December 26. So, he did not pay for his item until December 26. We did not return to the office until December 28 for holiday; which would have been the earliest time we would be able to pack and ship. That's 12 days after he said he bought his item. We should have communicated better and we should have expedited shipping more quickly, but also states that he never got a response to his tracking question, and we responded to him via LA messenger EXACTLY 60 MINUTES AFTER he sent his message to us and our message DID include a tracking number. We do take responsibility for making adjustments to expedite shipping moving forward, but some of the comments stated here are misleading. Locally, we are having a tough time with USPS and UPS picking up items and moving them through shipping to their destination and we will explore ways to try to fix that part of the shipping process. We apologize to for having a delay in shipping his item to him.

I found my entire experience to be satisfying.
I found my entire experience satisfying. The only problem I had was with communication but in their defense I would say that I was new to live auctions experience.
