I purchased what was listed as VCA earrings. When I tried to sell the earrings, I was told they were 'inauthentic'. I had contacted Ark and have received no response from them at all. Please pay attention to the other reviews on their auctions and judge accordingly prior to bidding on their auctions.

I received a counterfeit, VCA pendant that had a fake serial number engraved on the gold disk of the necklace. I discovered the serial number on this necklace belonged to a bracelet purchased in Dubai in 2020. This was verified by someone in the VCA corporate office. When I reached out asking for this to be handled Ark Auctions ignored 6 emails. The necklace came from an address in New York which after reading other unhappy reviews seems to be a pattern with Ark Auctions. I'm unsure why they are allowed to be in business. Someone should put an end to this! To continuously sell fake items to honest people who work hard for their money and the gifts they purchase for their loved one is beyond horrible. People do your research.... read how many clients have fallen prey to these dishonest people. I certainly wish I had!

The Van Cleef & Arpels as well as the Cartier items offered at auction by Ark Auctions Inc. are counterfeit. Initially Gloria agreed to fully refund me but has now "disappeared." I am hopeful a public review will shame Ark Auctions Inc. into honoring their written agreement to a full refund. But be warned: these items are NOT authentic they are high priced COUNTERFEITS.

the lock in the bracelet broke-I took it to a Van cleef store thinking it was real-and the told me the bracelet was not-I tried to contact Ark-they never responded-Buyer beware

VCA has never even produced the guilloche necklace in solid rose gold, according to VCA, and Ark Auctioneers has listed several with Live Auctioneers. When I reached out to Ark they claimed the necklace was a custom order and they needed a letter and photos as proof. I fortunately have the original necklace in gold and was able to prove it just by noting the many discrepancies because VCA’s fee is over $1k! After submitting the photos and making a claim with AmEx, Ark agreed that I could ship it back to their co-signer. Their co-signer is a jewelry company based in the jewelry district of NY. The following is one of their reviews: “Dishonest and shady people with a track of stealing and con records …”. Ark also has unscrupulous reviews in their hometown. Anyhow, lesson learned!! I see they have no upcoming auctions so hopefully Live has terminated their partnership. I also paid $249 to return the item and insure it for $8k in which they refuse to refund after knowingly selling me a fake necklace. This experience has caused a lot of anxiety. Before realizing I could make a claim with AmEx i feared the funds were gone on something that had little value and use to me that I offered that they exchange the item for one of actual value.

This is my second purchase with LiveAuctioneers. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again in the future.

They sent me fake VC & A earrings. The backing is supposed to say OR for both sides. The ones they sent me one earring says OR and OL. They did not show this on the photos and edited the photos to blur this area out. This is not authentic VC & A and it is fraudulent to say that it is Van Cleef & Arpels when it clearly is not. I hope that I am refunded swiftly.

Was slightly concerned about the whole experience with liveauctioneers and Ark but, everything was straightforward and legit. These days with internet transactions you have concerns about legitimacy of sellers and that's why I am writing this. Just letting others out there know I had a good experience and no complaints. Happy customer
