The house introduced a packing company to me. and I received my item in 1000 bits. n 1000 bits
HORRIBLE SHIPPING. VOID THIS AUCTION HOUSE IF YOU ARE OUT OF STATE AND CAN NOT TO PICK UP YOUR PURCHASE. Because once you buy and pay for an item. You are totally on you own!! The lady at the auction house introduced UNKNOWINGLY the worst in town shipper packing company So called "MAIL SERVICE CENTER", (A solo person). After 3 months delay I received my lamp broken in 1000 bits DUE TO BAD PACKING I have several photos of my packed box, but I do not know where should I complain! (Now I have lost 950 dollar for the lamp, and 450 Dollar for packing and shipping).

Good Experience
The pendant was just as described and shown in photos. Good experience. On thing to improve on... wish they would ship jewelry directlly... it's a little nervy getting a third party involved, if something goes wrong

Great Auction-USPS Is a Joke
The auction house does a solid job, all the way through. Everything arrived in good shape. USPS diverted the package for an extra week, through a few states, returning back to a distribution center in salt lake, where it had arrived several days before. None of this is the fault of the Briggs, but it is a lesson in "Paying Extra" for a "Real Shipping Company".

Great auction house
Very easy to communicate with-the item was of enough interest to me that I drove for over 2 hours in both directions to pick it up (it was also large, heavy and somewhat fragile) and they made that easy and hassle free. They kept the item safe until I could pick it up and were friendly (in a professional way) with super communication.-I would not hesitate to bid on an item that they offered.
