Did not disclose a significant defect
The item received is not as described. The listing provided six photos, none of which disclosed a substantial stain on the bottom of the bag. The seller failed to highlight this defect or respond to my pre-or post-purchase inquiries via email and telephone. Given the significant investment, the failure to disclose damage constitutes a misrepresentation of the item's value. Transparency is vital for expensive items; while this seller may be fine for low-value goods where condition is less critical, I cannot recommend them for luxury purchases.

Briggs auction
Briggs auction showed all the the views of the item I bought, including the faults. When I previewed it, they lifted it up for a better view. The pickup was seamless, and I am very happy with the item I bought. I would be glad to buy from them again.

Damage not identified in the description
Two of the five bracelets in the lot are cracked/broken/repaired. Very obvious in person, not so much in the photos. Buyers would be advised to ask for a detailed condition report before buying from this auction house.

They go above and beyond to be helpful.
I arrived 5 minutes late, after 8 hours of driving, to pick up the fabulous chair I won at auction from them. They had already left the premises, so my trip was wasted. I informed them, and the owner brought the chair to my home without charge. and he then carried it into my house for me. A fabulous gentleman. What a wonderful organization!

Clear, concise, reputable
purchased a watch from Briggs, watch arrived in as-described condition.. what else is there. Only mark I would make note of is the third party shipping-be realistic with your expectations of receiving your item as there are multiple moving parts. as for Briggs, I'm very happy with the item and will buy from them again soon
