They don’t ship anything, process to complete shipping, separate form, contact their shipper and double the normal shipping expense is major hassle! I wont buy again unless item is a steal, which wasn’t. Really unhappy with shipping process and double shipping expense

"Attributed to" not by in the description. Signature is authentic, but could be a study or by a student with assistance by the artist. This was a third party evaluation upon arrival. Easy payment and clearly explained the requirements for the the recommended shipper to pick up. Excellent packing and speedy delivery.

I'm not sure who is to blame, Briggs or shipper. Watercolor was in shatters when received.

I was very impressed with Stephanie from Briggs. She answered my questions pre-auction and was extremely helpful post auction. She put me in touch with shipper who did terrific job packing and shipping the lot.

Other than high than expected third party shipping experience was fine.

Getting your item shipped to you is outrageous! Common carries wanted more than double what I paid for the items.
