I have been waiting for months to receive my purchased lot. I sent several emails but the Bryant Art Auction doesn't respond and doesn't help me. I asked for a refund but I never got a response by Bryant Art Auction.

So glad I found this auction source of quality items local to me so I don't have to deal with shipping! The office staff are friendly and it's convenient for me to be able to pick up on a late lunch-hour during the work day.

I bought a small item, less than 1 lb and they charged me $50 to mail. I ordered a similar item on eBay and it was $7.50. Ridiculous! Never again will I bid on their itwo

Items were as noted in the descriptions and were well packaged for shipping. Easy communications with seller. Would purchase from again.

Item was paid for, message sent about shipping, no reply, item not received

Billing for shipping by the auction house done separately from billing for item. Process was slow and shipping charge seemed high ($30 for a 15x12x4 inch box).

Very happy with transaction

My first go around has a shipping mishap and it took several communications to get resolved. I decided to give a second chance and was hugely disappointed by shipping cost. A straw hat and a trinket box quoted $45.00 it came in used shipping materials. I am done.

Overall very satisfied, very easy to make appointment for in person pick up. I do wish the description had more detail about condition, I did not realize there were a few hairline cracks in some of the glass panels that were not obvious in the pictures. To be fair the description does say "As is" and I did not ask about a condition report before purchasing. I will do that in the future. More information about item condition in the description would be helpful. Thanks

Local pick up was easy-I made appointment time and was able to pick up items without an issue. The business is located in a commercial area without a sign, but I followed address to their door and knocked, and they opened right away and had my items ready. Thanks!

highly recommended auction super easy to deal with.

I purchased a vintage bag. Firstly flaws were NOT labeled, many exterior noticeable rubs. Secondly it is clearly a vintage Chanel lambskin bag with gold chain and the gold CC logo on the front in the pictures. I received it, glue coming apart inside, no chanel stamp or serial number. Many rubs outside. Clearly a fake. Contacted them many times. First on April 9th with no response. Took 9 business days to respond AFTER I am giving a 5 day legal demand notice. Asking for a full refund on 107 $UPS charge and 157 $custom duties fees plus the bag 284 . I received an email today stating authentication cannot be guaranteed. Illegal transactions are not permitted, as a seller you are responsible. They know that. Do not purchase from this place. Highly disappointed. If they own up to their mistake that would be professional not to mention LEGAL

Reliable, pleasant and professional

All my items were very carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and foam core board, cushioned with peanuts and more foam core board and shipped in a large shipping box. Very happy with all my items.

Item was good and as described however affectional fees are charged and Shipping Cost were high. Total cost to me was $130.63 for a $25 Bid

$50 to ship about 10 christmas ornaments. Obviously just a profit center.

Bryant Auction House is a great resource for me to find interesting and unique vintage items. I plan on continuing to use their platform for my treasure hunting.
