Your buyer creds have just gone up. You went over and above to satisfy the customer-as it should be everyone's business model. The container the items were shipped in needed a "Fragile Item" inside (the ceramic Hummel). In BIG RED letters. The transporter DID NOT handle the shipping container with due care-I took photos of the cardboard box as I felt uneasy opening it (the box was smashed on one side)-but the interior packing worked well. Bryant Art Auction did a very good job.

Stay Away
I suspect Bryant Auctions bids up there stuff. I was outbid on an item and forgot about it and then low and behold on auction day I won the item I no longer wanted. They said someone retracted their bid without notifying my of the retraction or giving me a chance to retract. Crooked!

I attempted to contact concerning shipping cost.
Paid an invoice for $50 for one item to be shipped from them to Texas. I attempted to contact questioning the cost. I received no response and received a past due notice this morning for the shipping. I paid to maintain my buyer credentials for LiveAuctioneers. I hate writing such reviews not my style. Out of State buyers beware.

Overcharged for shipping
I felt I was overcharged for shipping. A one pound package sent within Southern California (Los Angeles area to San Diego) cost me $40. The seller claimed the $40 fee included "Handling" and "Packaging Materials" and wouldn't lower the fee when I called to inquire why the shipping was so high. A one pound Priority Mail package costs only $10-12 from anywhere in Los Angeles to San Diego California, so $40 for shipping, handling and packaging materials seemed like a way for them to just make more money, especially after they took their $20 in fees on a $50 item. On the positive side, they were responsive with questions I had and they did ship quickly. The item was well packaged. In the future, please consider working with buyers and offering "fair" shipping costs.

Great experience! Excellent service
I made an appointment to pickup my items but was running behind due to traffic conditions. Seller waited 15 + minutes for me to arrive past our scheduled appointment time and was very kind-also had my items packed and ready so it was easy to transport to my vehicle. My 2nd experience with this auction house and its been pleasant. Absolutely will return for future auctions. Thank you!

We tried to tell you that we couldn't call you since we don't have a way to call you with a France number. We also sent you the shipping invoices on multiple occasions and you kept telling us that you're not able to pay. You asked for our bank details and we replied to those emails as well.
