The packing and shipping was great! Very happy with everything! My item arrived quickly. I am very happy with the item. The photographs were perfect and helpful.

Paid an invoice for $50 for one item to be shipped from them to Texas. I attempted to contact questioning the cost. I received no response and received a past due notice this morning for the shipping. I paid to maintain my buyer credentials for LiveAuctioneers. I hate writing such reviews not my style. Out of State buyers beware.

Both the purchase and shipping were easy, quick and all went smoothly.

I felt I was overcharged for shipping. A one pound package sent within Southern California (Los Angeles area to San Diego) cost me $40. The seller claimed the $40 fee included "Handling" and "Packaging Materials" and wouldn't lower the fee when I called to inquire why the shipping was so high. A one pound Priority Mail package costs only $10-12 from anywhere in Los Angeles to San Diego California, so $40 for shipping, handling and packaging materials seemed like a way for them to just make more money, especially after they took their $20 in fees on a $50 item. On the positive side, they were responsive with questions I had and they did ship quickly. The item was well packaged. In the future, please consider working with buyers and offering "fair" shipping costs.

I love Bryant......... they are very accommodating and one of my "go-to" auction houses.

I never received the product. Additionally, i was still charged as if I had. I won't be partaking in anything this auction house is doing.

I made an appointment to pickup my items but was running behind due to traffic conditions. Seller waited 15 + minutes for me to arrive past our scheduled appointment time and was very kind-also had my items packed and ready so it was easy to transport to my vehicle. My 2nd experience with this auction house and its been pleasant. Absolutely will return for future auctions. Thank you!

The lot description was thorough and accurate (item was flawless). Unusually fast shipping; well-packaged with an appropriately sized box. I look forward to doing business with them again.

I have been waiting for months to receive my purchased lot. I sent several emails but the Bryant Art Auction doesn't respond and doesn't help me. I asked for a refund but I never got a response by Bryant Art Auction.

So glad I found this auction source of quality items local to me so I don't have to deal with shipping! The office staff are friendly and it's convenient for me to be able to pick up on a late lunch-hour during the work day.

I bought a small item, less than 1 lb and they charged me $50 to mail. I ordered a similar item on eBay and it was $7.50. Ridiculous! Never again will I bid on their itwo

Items were as noted in the descriptions and were well packaged for shipping. Easy communications with seller. Would purchase from again.

Billing for shipping by the auction house done separately from billing for item. Process was slow and shipping charge seemed high ($30 for a 15x12x4 inch box).
