Ellen has been an amazing support throughout the process of payment, shipment and communication. Very professional and available for help. She made this monumental purchasers a joy, look forward to do more business with this remarkable company.

With all fees and premiums, the item turned out to be way more than anticipated. Naive bidder I guess. The payment process was instantaneous. Done. Then the nightmare began. The site says that you must pick up your item within 5 days or you will be charged shipping ($500). Ok... so where, how, when can I pick up items? I sent emails, chat messages, I called the phone # listed. Nothing. I had to call Live Auctioneers and they said they couldn't get anyone to answer the phone either. After a couple days, I just went to the Mirage to ask questions. Security called a representative from Hard Rock and they explained that they were trying to coordinate pick up days since it is a construction site and to expect someone to reach out very soon. Eventually Prime Auctioneers did reach out and repeated exactly what Hard Rock man told me. Coordinating pick-up days, construction site, yadda yadda. Finally the pick up days and times were made available. Of course every slot was filled the first day. Only (2) people per each 15 minute block. At this point I said Screw it! And headed down there and explained what I had been through, and most likely we all went through.... and they allowed to pick up my items which were a gift for my ex wife who worked at Mirage for 10 + years. She wasn't impressed. So much for, It's the thought that counts... Oh well 🤷

I recently purchased two pieces of wall art and a planter from the old Las Vegas Mirage Hotel via Prime Auctioneers in Van Nuys. Two factors made the experience truly first rate. Number one was Ellen, who went out of her way to assist me throughout the whole purchase experience. She was arranging special shipping from Las Vegas to Los Angeles for a large, complicated item and she helped me join that delivery, saving me a ton of money. She didn't have to do that, but she did, and I could tell immediately I was dealing with someone with high integrity and a genuine interest in her customer's well being. The second factor was just seeing their warehouse in person. No one would believe that in the middle of the valley, there is such an exquisite collection of rare art and cool antiquity. Some truly breathtaking stuff in there. I would do business again with Prime Auctioneers with confidence.

She also walked me through shipping and pick-up options, offered thoughtful suggestions, and stayed in touch throughout the process with genuine kindness and care. It’s rare to find such personalized service in an auction setting, and Ellen made what could have been a stressful situation into one that felt manageable and supported.
