Great packing & timely shipping
I won a vintage Rudolph plate, bowl, & cup and was concerned about it arriving without breaking. The packing was great! I cant wait to display it at Christmas.

Very efficient auction, but items received were dirty and broken.
The whole auction process was wonderful. If you offer shipping, you really need to wrap glass items and not just throw in the box. One of the dolls I purchased the auction for was broken, so thereby useless. One box had dolls with grass pieces all over them. I would hope that more care is given in the future for shipping and handling.

Quality of poster
Very poor quality poster with very pronounced folds & tears! They charged $500 for shipping a ridiculous amount!! Do not buy anything from these people!!

Do not buy anything from this auction house
Once you paid for you purchase, they kind of like disappeared. No reply to emails, do not ship your purchase. I have open case against this auction house, wait for liveauctioneers to solve this problem.
