There will also be a late night preview held the Saturday evening before, June 3rd, 11am until 7pm. Santa Monica Auctions has been holding exclusively Fine Art auctions in Santa Monica since 1984. Various works of all media from across the globe are auctioned off, many times at a small fraction of the retail value of an artwork. Works include: paintings, prints, multiples, photographs and sculpture. The 2017 Auction Highlights include a rare, never before seen unique work by Richard Pettibone. Acclaimed for his ?pocket-sized? appropriations of modernist masters, Pettibone is highly sought after, now more than ever. This unique work is a rare ?combine? which combines multiple modern master works within one miniature canvas - Roy Lichtenstein, Frank Stella and two Andy Warhol infamous images.
