REGISTRATION and BIDDING - All Buyers must register with Live Auctioneers for this auction. - ALL BIDDERS MUST BE REGISTERED AND APPROVED BY 2PM, MONDAY, JANUARY 22, 2018. WE WILL NOT APPROVE BIDDERS FOR THIS AUCTION AFTER 2PM ON JANUARY 22, 2018. - In order to be approved, bidders may be asked to supply Briggs Auction, Inc. with valid VISA/MasterCard information, which includes approval for a $1 authorization on the card for U.S. residents, or a $1,000 authorization for bidders outside the U.S. - Credit card information may be submitted using the secure, encrypted submission form available on the Briggs Auction website or the form can be faxed upon request. - Successful on-line bidders will be notified following the auction and will be provided an invoice and payment details. BIDDER APPROVALS and INFORMATION REQUESTS - Briggs Auction, Inc. will be closed from Monday, December 18, 2017 through Monday, January 1, 2018. We will not be approving bidders or responding to information requests during this time. - Bidder approvals will begin on a rolling basis starting January 2, 2018. - All information requests will be responded to on a first-received basis beginning on January 2, 2018. BUYER'S PREMIUM and SALES TAX - The Buyer's Premium of 23% will be added to each sale. - PA Residents and buyers who pick up merchandise in person are required to pay PA State Sales Tax (6%) on each sale, including the buyer's premium, unless exempted by law. - If sales tax exempt, you must present us with a valid exemption number. PAYMENT - For successful On-line Bids, full payment via LiveAuctioneers Payment, Cash, Approved Check, VISA, MC, or Wire Transfer, is required within two (2) weeks following the auction. - A $20 fee will be assessed on all returned checks. - No item may be removed or will be shipped until full payment has been made.
