TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Cash or company check. Live Auctioneers clients must overnight full payment at the conclusion of the auction. You may send personal or business check. We will hold merchandise until it clears our bank. Live Auctioneers' clients will pay a 20% buyers premium. All items will be sold as is where is. We are not responsible for incorrect descriptions, age, wood type, scratches, chips to glass, or authenticity. We will however, try to describe every item to the best of our ability having 48 years of being in this business and make every effort to try to please your needs. SHIPPING: This auction is on site. We will try to assist you in shipping but we are not shippers. Please arrange for your shipping in advance. Purchase price must be Next Day Overnight shipped to Iroquois Auction. Shipping expenses and charges if any from us will follow in a separate charge. On small items not furniture we may be able to give you an estimate; but remember it is only an estimate that may change. SALES TAX: N.Y. State residents without sales tax numbers will pay sales tax of 8%. People with valid New York sales tax numbers will fill out a New York sales tax exemption form to be exempt.
