Any potential Bidders accept sole responsibility for contacting us to obtain condition reports on any offered lots and/or inspect said lots before bidding to determine the condition and if there are any repairs or restorations. CONDITION REPORT REQUESTS: Any requests received two day's before the Sale may not be answered. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging. Stasak Auctioneers will endeavor to provide additional information as a courtesy, but it is only an opinion and should not be regarded as a statement of fact. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Any items purchased and removed from the auction cannot be returned. Emailed condition inquires will be responded to by return email. Any additional condition information obtained will be added to Live Auctioneers lot description when appropriate. If you prefer speaking to a live person, condition reports may also be obtained by telephone. Bidding is open now and " Live " Online Bidding will start on Thursday July 18th @6pm eastern time. Payment is due by Sunday July 21st at 3pm. THERE IS ONLY ONE PICK UP DAY, Monday July 22nd from 9am-5pm. Invoices will be sent out the day after the auction. All items are sold as is, as pictured. If it is a lot with multiple items, we do not visually inspect every item. If we notice something has damage, it will be mentioned in the description. Make sure you Click on "watch live auction" at 6pm eastern time, to watch lots close. If you do not pay by the pick up day, a dispute will automatically be filed thru LiveAuctioneers. If your items are not picked up on specified day, they are considered abandoned. Payments are only accepted thru LiveAuctioneers Invoice. No payments will be accepted at pick up location. Buyer must bring own help,packing materials, and any tools ( if needed) in taking apart items. SHIPPING - If you want an item shipped, there is a $10 handling fee for first lot ( $5 each additonal), plus actual USPS postage. Lots with multiple items, additional handling fees may apply. We do not ship lots containing large quantities ( table, shelf, closet, partial room contents) If it is questionable, please email and ask, before bidding. If it is an item we would have UPS pack and ship, there is a $10 transport fee, plus the UPS packing and shipping charges. Any paintings or prints , hard to pack items, very fragile , needing shipment will go thru the UPS store. Pay original invoice thru LiveAuctioneers and then email us requesting shipment.
