Very pleasant transactional experience. However, the third party shipping was a bit excessive. I realize the shipping vendor has nothing to do with the auction house, but after having the shipping company takes posession of the property, I am basically stuck and at the mercy of the shipping store. I felt I was charged "premium levels for handling, packing, and shipping rates.

I like the ease of Stasak's the site, response time to emails, and the efficiency with the invoices. Keeping me in the loop as the action progresses, it the best. The items for auction are very interesting. (well, most of them). I have found myself looking at the site every week with anticipation for the new items offered. I travel 1.25 hrs., but it's a direct and straight forward drive to the pick up locations. I don't mind it at all. Thanks Stasaks for being there.

I've been bidding/buying from Stasak Auctions for years and I am as pleased and satisfied with all my purchases now as I have been from day 1. They are easy to work with, describe everything as accurately as possible and take a ton of pictures, so you can really see what you are bidding on. The entire process from beginning to end when you pick up or have your items shipped is seamless and easy. They answer any questions you have in a very timely manner and I would highly recommend bidding in any of their auctions!

Accurate Description, quick and reasonable shipping

Once again, a flawless transaction. As usual, when I pick up my paintings, I am even happier when I see them in person. Both of these paintings are so excellent that they took my breath away when I realized they were mine. I love working with Laurel and Mike!

They do explain the exact length of time for when you first pay for the item and exactly when they will process for shipping it takes around 20 days to get the item at the door. unless the shipping time had changed from when feedback said fast shipping well it's not.. but this auction house explains absolutely everything I would definitely buy again they rock.

This is just my second experience with an online auction house and it was an easy and satisfying one. The auction fee was less than others and the bidding increased in small increments, the pick up was convenient and the people were helpful and pleasant, and I’m very happy with my purchases! I will definitely buy again!
