AUCTION By bidding at the auction the buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. BUYER'S PREMIUM All lots are subject to a 25% buyer's premium regardless of the method of payment or bidding. PAYMENT Payment is due within 3 days from the auction, after which the auctioneer may cancel the sale or bring an action against the purchaser for the bid amount. All bids are in US dollars. INSPECTION Additional photographs of any lot are available and personal inspection at our Providence RI location is available by appointment on the day specified. All artworks are kept in temperature controlled storage. AUTHENTICITY AND CONDITION We will not sell an item if we do not believe it to be authentic and we will not describe an item if we do not believe our description is accurate. We do not, however, warrant anything express or implied. Every lot is sold "as is". Bidders are responsible for determining the accuracy of our description and condition of every lot and making their own determinations as to value. NO REFUNDS All sales are final. We do not give or accept refunds for any reason. Please be sure that you wish to purchase an item before bidding on it. Please inquire about the condition of any item or request additional photographs before bidding. SHIPPING We provide packing and shipping. We ship through Federal Express. You may also pick up your purchase, or have a shipper of your choosing retrieve your lots, up to five (5) days after the auction. Please make an appointment before doing so. We are happy to assist you with your packing and shipping requests. Hand delivery is available from NYC to BOSTON on certain oversized lots, as identified in their description, and on purchases in excess of $5000 in the aggregate. The charge for hand delivery is $150. ITEM STORAGE All items purchased but not retrieved or shipped within 10 days are subject to a storage fee of 1% of the final sales price per day. Items which are not shipped within 110 days are subject to our disposal. AUCTIONEERS DISCRETION The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or declare any item unsold or to cancel any sale in the auctioneer's sole discretion. AMENDMENTS We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions.
