Everyone must wear a mask on the property , and social distancing. BRING HELP TO LOAD YOUR ITEMS ! There is no one to help you load. PAYMENT IS DUE BY Thursday October 15th . Any items not picked up will be considered abandoned. If Payment is not arranged within 72 hours of auction close, your card on file will be automatically charged. Make sure you have correct card on file ! All items are sold as is, as pictured, with no guarantees. If it is a lot with multiple items, we do not visually inspect every item. If we notice something has damage, it will be mentioned. If you do not pay by the pick up day, a dispute will automatically be filed thru LiveAuctioneers. Payments are only accepted thru LiveAuctioneers Invoice. There is a 2.8% processing fee, for the credit card payment. Buyer must bring packing materials, and any tools ( if needed) in taking apart items. SHIPPING - There is a $15 handling fee for the first lot ($5 each additional), plus actual USPS postage. We do not ship lots containing large quantity of items ( table, shelf, closet lots, etc). Some lots containing multiple items, additional handling charges may apply. If you want an item shipped, email us after paying original invoice thru liveauctioneers. We will then send you an invoice thru Paypal approx. 3 business days after the scheduled pick up day. Some very fragile, hard to pack items, all prints and paintings, will be packed and shipped by our local UPS store. Buyer is responsible for their charges. If we have to take something to the UPS store for shipment, there is a $10 transport charge, plus UPS packing and shipping charges. All Sales are final and no refunds ! Internet Sales Tax will be charged , to anyone purchasing items in States that require it.
