Iroquois Auctions and Delta IX Supply are very welcome to bring to you the Panteleo Estate.
Mr. Panteleo was a sportsman, shooter, reloader and all-around firearms enthusiast who also was a law officer. He hunted all across the North American continent, he competed in many forms of firearms contests and collected most all of his life. He had one penchant if you look at many of the serial numbers you will see he collected firearms with serial numbers with repeating numbers.
It is with great honor we bring his life's collection to be offered to you.
Firearms, handguns, rifles, shotguns, ammunition, new, hand-loaded, obsolete, reloading supplies and equipment, hunting equipment.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Cash or company check. Live Auctioneers clients must overnight full payment at the conclusion of the auction. You may send personal or business check. If no contact has been made on the behalf of the bidder the auction will be considered "null & void", and the bidder?s information will be noted for future auctions.
We will hold merchandise until it clears our bank. Live Auctioneers' clients will pay a 20% buyer?s premium.
This auction will be offering firearms for sale. During this sale all NYS and federal firearms laws will be adhered to. There will be proper paperwork filled in NICs checks will be run at a cost to the buyer for the transfers. If you cannot pass a NICs check do not bid on a firearm. If you do not have a NYS pistol permit do not bid on a handgun, we cannot hold handguns until your have received your permit. If you purchase a firearm and the NICs check receives a "deny" message you will not receive a firearm and your NIC check purchase cost will not be refunded. It is up to you to file a NICs appeal to the FBI.
All firearms sold are sold "as is" with the understanding that they have not been tested, fired or cleaned before the sale.
All items will be sold as is where is. We are not responsible for incorrect descriptions, age, wood type, scratches, chips to glass, or authenticity. We will, however, try to describe every item to the best of our ability having 49 years of being in this business and make every effort to try to please your needs.
SHIPPING:
This auction is on site and remote on Live Auctioneers.com. We can arrange shipping, or you can pick up or provide shipping instructions. Shipping expenses and charges if any from us will follow in a separate charge.
All ammunition items must be shipped via UPS and due to the weight it may have to be shipped in multiple shipping containers/boxes. Shipping time may be extended to 30-60 days due to the large number of online sales received. There is a $20 per package charge.
SALES TAX:
N.Y. State residents without sales tax numbers will pay sales tax of 8%. People with valid New York sales tax numbers will fill out a New York sales tax exemption form to be exempt. Items shipped out of state are as far as we know exempt from N.Y. sales taxes.
