All sales final. No items may be returned for any reason. Items are represented to the best of the auction house's ability, all descriptions believed accurate but not guaranteed. We encourage bidder inspection. Reach out to auction house to schedule an appointment. Invoices will be sent within 72 hours of the close of the auction. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. Wire transfer or cashier's check required for purchases over $2,000 and for vehicle purchases. All pickups are by APPOINTMENT ONLY at 28 E. Baltimore Street Hagerstown, MD 21740. Pickup hours are Monday through Saturday from 10-5, by appointment. Shipping is not included but is available upon request for items that state "in-house shipping available". Shipping charges are billed separate from invoice. Please note our shipping turn around is 2-3 weeks. If you are needing rushed holiday shipping please reach out to auction house. Any items marked with "third-party shipping" that need dropped off at local UPS Pack and Ship store are subject to a $25 handling fee. Please note our shipping turn around is 2-3 weeks. Larger items are local pickup by appointment or shipping may be arranged by the buyer through third-party shippers. Please reach out to auction house for shipping recommendations if needed. Buyers have 45 days from the close of the auction to retrieve purchases. After 45 days items not claimed are deemed property of the auction house without refund.
