Payment is expected within 5 days of the auction date, interest charges will apply to invoices after the expiration of this period. For payments made by check, merchandise will not be released until 10 days after payment is received when the check clears. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid. Some lots may carry reserves or minimum selling prices below which a lot will not be sold. The amount of the reserve shall not exceed the low estimate or requested opening bid.
