PAYMENT TERMS Major credit cards, wire transfer, money order, and PayPal payments are accepted. Bank wires are accepted with prior authorization from the auction house. Merchandise will not be released until payment is cleared. Payment is expected within 48 hours after concluding auction. Any buyer that does not make payment will automatically be blocked from future auctions. Shipping Terms The Ross Art Group offers complete In-House Shipping, which the buyer will be billed directly for. The Ross Art Group, Inc. must be given the correct shipping address to ensure your package is delivered to the right address. Please note that we are not able to ship to a PO Box. The Ross Art Group, Inc. will not be held responsible in the event that damage occurs to merchandise or for any lost deliveries. Shipment information such as a tracking number will be provided once the item is packed and ready to ship. It is up to The Ross Art Group to decide which method of shipment to use. Generally, we ship within the United States and Canada via UPS Ground with a signature required. We use UPS Express or Federal Express Int'l Priority to ship to all other points around the globe.
