I expect to pay the auction premium, taxes, and shipping, but not unspecified "Other Live Auction Fees." The added fee was not spelled out in any obvious way, nor do other auction houses I have dealt with lop on unspecified fees. Seemingly a rip-off...

I would not hesitate to buy again from the Ross Group. We were thrilled with just about everything and ESPECIALLY the personal involvement by the Ross folks themselves. I ended up paying them DIRECTLY-for whatever reason, LA refused the credit card I have had on file with them for ages and use constantly. Mickey ran my card while on the phone with me and it went perfectly. Their packaging was FANTASTIC, I truly worried about the courier service (especially one poster that had to be shipped FLAT) but the packaging would have withstood just about anything. The linen backing on one poster was extremely well done and will let us frame it without covering important information along the edge. SUPERB experience. Hoping for a repeat!!!!!!!
