Terms & Conditions
PAYMENT: Full payment for successful bids should to be made at the conclusion of the sale. Accepted forms of payment include approved checks, bank checks and cash. Credit cards are accepted only on the day of the sale; thereafter credit card payments can be taken through Paypal, but subject to a 4% processing charge. We reserve the right to clear checks before property is removed from the saleroom.
Absentee buyers will receive a bill through the emails and should settle the account within 7 days of the sale. Unless otherwise arranged for, out-of-town buyers will be billed for S & H in line with the estimates given in the condition section of the auction website. Personal checks are accepted.
REMOVAL: Items must be removed within 10 days of the sale date or will be subject to storage charges, transportation charges or other such charges.
DELIVERIES: We can sometimes deliver to buyers in the Northeast corridor, so if planning on bidding on something that is difficult or costly to ship feel free to be in touch with us by calling 610-722-9004.
