The items were described as Zitan wood even though they are clearly not zitan. The auction house also did not mention any of the damage when I asked for a condition report. Poor communication after. They did not bother responding to any calls or emails after the auction, even though the items were clearly fake. Unfortunately liveauctioneers charged my credit card so was unable to do anything about it. Would not purchase from them ever again.

I expected the item to be a professional grade clarinet. What I received was a student model which will be much harder to flip. My fault for not asking.

From bidding, to payment and even shipping. In house shopping was quite affordable and all payments were made online. So seamless. Thank you for making everything so easy.

This is one of my favorite auction houses. They took care of my shipping, and that was so wonderful. My items were also in great condition for their age.

What you view on the Converse website is portrayed exactly as what you receive. I could not be happier with the item I purchased. The customer service is impeccable. The condition of my purchase upon receipt was packed perfectly and it arrived so quickly I was amazed. This Auction House is one I would highly recommend.

The item was a bit of a mystery but I still bought it and wasn't disappointed. Only when I was able to clean it up was I able to make a determination about what I had bought. I like that Converse has some items with genuine age but in less than pristine condition.

Auction house is good place with good stuff. Need to take another look at their shipping arrangements. Charges for small items are exorbitant. In my case shipping of 4 small items was twice as much as the cost of them. Postal rate would have been just fine.
