All sales final. No items may be returned for any reason. Items are represented to the best of the auction house's ability, all descriptions believed accurate but not guaranteed. Please ask questions before bidding. We encourage bidder inspection. Reach out to auction house to schedule an appointment.
For security purposes, new buyers must have a card on file to be approved without bid limit. New buyers with no history or card on file will have a bid limit. Reach out to auction house with questions.
Invoices will be sent within 72 hours of the close of the auction. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. Wire transfer or cashier's check required for purchases over $2,500 and for vehicle purchases.
All pickups are by APPOINTMENT ONLY at 1341 Hughes Ford Road Unit 119C Frederick, MD 21701. Pickups are by appointment only Wednesday - Friday from 10am-4pm and the first Saturday following the auction from 10am-4pm.
PLEASE READ: Each item listed has different shipping options. While we do offer in-house shipping it is not available for all items. Each item will have listed in the description whether it is in-house shipping, third party shipping booked by the buyer or local pickup only.
Shipping is available upon request ONLY for items that state in the description "in-house shipping available". Shipping charges are always billed separate from invoice through Live Auctioneers. Please note it can take up to 3 weeks for your item to ship out.
Items listed as "third-party shipping required" means that the buyer is responsible for making shipping arrangements.
Items listed as "local pickup only" require special care are not eligible for Parcel Handy / UPS store and cannot be shipped in-house.

TAX EXEMPT BIDDERS must upload your tax ID to Live Auctioneers prior to the auction or it will not be reflected on your invoice.

Autopay
If you have not contacted Jaybird Auctions to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
SALES TAX
