1. Bidders must have a verified card on file in order to participate.
2. Items will only be shipped to addresses that are on file. Please ensure your address on file is correct. Transactions will not be completed unless the address on file is the address our items will be shipped to.
3. We will not ship to PO Boxes, no exceptions.
4.Please ask for shipping cost prior to bidding.
5. The lots are sold AS IS and NO WARRANTY or guarantee is made or implied as to the condition, the authenticity or era of
the items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
6. Items are not available for public inspection. Please ask
questions prior to bidding regarding the condition of the item.
7. By bidding on our items, you accept our terms and conditions.
8. Pre-bidding ends 1 hour prior to the start of the auction.
9. Our buyer's premium is charged to ALL LOTS.
10. If a High Bid is simultaneously submitted by more than one
bidder, whether on-line or absentee, the auctioneer will
determine the winning bid.
11. Galerie du Louvre will not be held responsible for any "missed" bids by the auctioneer.
12. Galerie du Louvre reserves the right to withdraw items or re-catalog them.
13. The deadline for all inquiries must be made at 6:00 PM EST, 3:00 PM Pacific, the day PRIOR to the auction.

15. Oversized items including items with "WE WILL NOT SHIP"
listed in the description must be removed 10 days after the
sale. If you have not contacted Galerie du Louvre to make
payment within 3 days of the time the invoice was sent, we
will charge the credit card you used to register for the
auction.
