Items must be picked up within 7 days after the auction ends. After 14 days buyer is liable for the storage fee of $50 per day.
All disputes with the gallery involving auction transactions must be filed with the NYC court system.
David Killen Gallery does not guarantee works of art for artist. We remove hundreds of paintings, watercolors and drawings out of NYC estates and they are sold as is. If David Killen Gallery accepts your return, returned items are subject to restocking fee of $100 per item.

If you have not contacted David Killen Gallery to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
