Shipping, Payment & Auction Policies 1. Shipping a. Payment: Buyer pays the shipping cost b. Insurance: First class insured mail a. Up to $50 for 0-3 oz packages b. Up to $500 for heavier packages 4. Fee: Shipping fee will depend on the weight of the item(s), the total amount of the invoice and the USPS rate, and will be included in the invoice. 5. Multiple purchases from different auction dates could be combined in one shipment. ii. Overseas 1. Carrier: USPS international 2. Type: First class international mail with tracking number 3. Insurance: First class international insured mail a. Up to $100 for 0-3 oz packages b. Up to $1,000 for heavier packages iii. Fee: Shipping fee will depend on the weight of the item(s), the total amount of the invoice and the USPS rate, and will be included in the invoice. iv. Multiple purchases from different auction dates could be combined in one shipment. 2. Payment a. In House: i. All accounts must be settled at the conclusion of the auction. b. Online: i. Winning bidders will receive an invoice with the total amount due, including buyer's premium, applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees, within 24 hours after the auction ends. c. Method: i. Please be advised that by placing a bid, you are entering into a legally binding contract with Sumer Collection Inc. If you are the winning bidder, you shall have a legal obligation to purchase the item(s) bid from Sumer Collection Inc. Place a bid only if you are serious about buying the item. Relists: Items may be relisted due to a variety of reasons such as non-payment from previous auctions, items similarity, etc. v. Breach of Sale: If the winner fails to pay in full with good cleared funds or fails to comply with the Condition of Sale as set forth herein, Sumer Collection Inc. reserves right to exercise one or more of the following remedies: 1. Hold the defaulting buyer liable for the full purchase amount due. 2. Cancel the sale. 3. Forbid the buyer from participating in any future auction. vi. Canceling a winning bid: If a winning bid is canceled for any reason and the winning bidder wishes to back out, a 25% buyer's premium fee will be charged to the winning bidder to cover the costs associated with relisting. In this case, the non-performer may be blocked from future bidding. vii. Liability: In no event will the liability of Sumer Collection Inc. to any purchaser with respect to any item exceed the purchase price actually paid by such purchaser for such item. viii. Guarantee Terms: All items in the catalog are sold as described by Sumer Collection Inc. If an item is different than the description, the buyer (Winner) has 3 business days from the date the item is received to notify Sumer Collection Inc. After the 3 business days period all items are considered "as is", without recourse. Full refund, including the shipping cost, for misrepresented item will be issued. The item(s) (winnings) must be returned in the same condition as when purchased. ix. Returned items: In the event when Buyer (Winner) refuses the package with item(s) (winnings) upon delivery (for any reason) and package will be returned to Sumer Collection Inc. buyer (Winner) will be responsible for paying 25% restocking fee from total sale price. After 14 business days from receiving package, returns are not allowed (for any reason). x. If you have not contacted Sumer Collection to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
