Included in this fabulous auction is the personal collection of Dorothy Gallun, a nationally known antique dealer who was based out of here Cedarburg heritage home. 18th century furniture, art, rugs, accessories and more. We are also featuring the River Hills estate of a prominent Milwaukee industrialist that includes mid-century, contemporary, atomic modern, and post modern furnishings. We also will feature the first half of works from important Wisconsin artist Dean Jackson Meeker. Buyer's Premium is 16.5% for purchases made through LiveAuctioneers. Invoices will be emailed to the address on file with LiveAuctioneers at the conclusion of the auction. Acceptable payment methods: Credit Card (through LiveAuctioneers), Personal Check, or Cash on Delivery. Pick up is available by appointment only. Arrangements should be made after payment of invoice. All shipping and handling is third party and is NOT included with purchase. We can not provide quotes for shipping. We do not wrap, pack, or ship anything ourselves. We will release items to our preferred third party shipper, unless you indicate you have made arrangements with another shipper. Please notify us after payment if you have made your own shipping arrangements. For larger items, including furniture: contact us for a shipping referral. Our preferred third party shipper does not handle large items.
All purchases must be picked up or shipped out within 30 days of the auction. Items not removed after 30 days will be subject to a $10 per day storage charge, up to 30 days. After 30 days the item(s) can be re-sold at the discretion of Cedarburg Auction & Appraisals LLC.
By bidding in this auction, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, and these Terms and Conditions supersede any other Terms and Conditions (as in Mastercard or Visa) If there is a dispute, it will be handled in-house by Cedarburg Auction and Appraisals, LLC solely and their decision will be binding.
Again, we reiterate, this is a total no-reserve auction, everything is sold to the highest bidder, please review items carefully as they are old and in most cases have been used for 100 years.
