I recently purchase a group of linens and the one item I really wanted was missing from the group. I reached out several times in an email and also left a message. No one has ever got back to me. They need to make sure the people who work for them are honest!! I would only bid from this company again if I went in person to pick up the items. Terrible that this has happened and no one responds.

My Tiffany lamp base was not adequately packed and arrived damaged.

Won the single thing I bid on, paid within 24 hours. Waited for auction house to contact me about shipping, since I couldn't find any third-party shippers listed on their site. Didn't hear from them, although they knew I was 3 states away. Wrote TWO emails to them, but zero response. Weeks pass by-I was working out of town and busy. Then heard from their shipper, who packed and had my package to me at my house 24 hours after contact. Shipper is GREAT, not so much this auction house. Communication is everything.

So nice even helped this buyer take some purchases out to my car.

Patience is needed once you win and pay for your item. Shipping contact took several days longer than expected due to the large auction. However, once shipping called me, they packed my item expertly and shipped immediately.

If you are going to pick up your stuff, be sure to call ahead. The location is practically hidden in an absurdly low-key office park. There is no signage on the door and the company doesn't give you a suite number. I also didn't get a receipt. I think their merchandise is good and they seem reputable, but the company is just a bit quirky and seat-of-the-pants for a higher-end auction house.

Getting out to each auction house in a timely manner can sometimes be difficult. Cedarburg was very understanding in this and pickup was seamless and an excellent experience. A + + + + +
