Your bidding signifies that you have viewed the photos and read the description, which is based on opinion only, and accept each item as-is with no warranty or implied condition.
EIS acknowledges that there may be errors in the listings. We do our best to list any damage, repairs, or restorations, and the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Most items are antique, vintage, and used.

Auction Pickup:
PICK-UP will be on Friday, December 30th from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm in Greeley.
Address and pick-up details are provided to the winners.
Please bring your own labor for heavy items, a proper vehicle, and your own packing supplies.
***Please note, there are no alternative pick-up times for the auction. Please refrain from bidding unless you are able to pick up your items at the scheduled time.
***Please let us know prior to the pick-up if your items will need to be shipped. If you would like to arrange for a third-party shipper, please coordinate that with us in advance.

Items must be picked up at the scheduled pick-up times or they will be considered abandoned without refund and your account and bidding privileges will be canceled.
You are responsible for bringing your own packing and moving materials; as well as appropriate vehicles, tie-downs, and manpower. We do not supply packing materials or tools. Labor may or may not be available to help you carry your items, so please plan accordingly.
We do our best to make pick-up as fast and efficient as possible. We handle orders on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Shipping:
In-House shipping is available for items less than 18†or less than 20lbs, and are not fragile.
Essentially all items can be shipped, and if the items you purchase are beyond our in-house shipping terms: FRAGILE or LARGER than 18†or heavier than 20lbs, we would be happy to take these to a third-party shipper for you - or you can arrange your own shipping - just let us know what you'd like to do :)
Please email contact@estateinventoryservices.com to request your item to be shipped or to let us know your shipping arrangements.
• You pay all handling, shipping, and insurance costs.
• $10 is added to each shipment for handling costs.
• For In-House Shipping, we add the shipping cost to your invoice.
• The shipping of your items begins approximately one week after the auction closes.
