When bidding on any lot offered by Jaybird Auctions, the bidder indicates acceptance of the following terms of sale. Any participation in the auction binds you to the agreement of these terms whether or not you have read or understand the said terms. All sales final. No items may be returned for any reason. Items are represented to the best of the auction house's ability, all descriptions believed accurate but not guaranteed. Dimensions are listed in inches on each listing and rounded up to the nearest inch. Please ask questions before bidding. We encourage bidder inspection. Reach out to auction house to schedule an appointment. Invoices will be sent within 72 hours of the close of the auction. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. Wire transfer or cashier's check required for purchases over $2,500 and for vehicle purchases. If your invoice is under $2,500 then you must pay for your item through Live Auctioneers. We do not accept any payments over the phone. All pickups are by APPOINTMENT ONLY at 1341 Hughes Ford Road Unit 119C Frederick, MD 21701. SHIPPING - Jaybird Auctions offers in-house shipping on smaller, non-fragile items. To request in-house shipping please contact info@jaybirdauctions.com. In-house shipping will be billed separately through Live Auctioneers. Please note it can take up to 3 weeks for your item to ship out and will not ship out until shipping has been paid for. For all other small items that can be shipped via mail we recommend using our preferred UPS Pack and Ship Store 5907. TAX EXEMPT BIDDERS must upload your tax ID to Live Auctioneers prior to the auction or it will not be reflected on your invoice. Buyer releases Jaybird Auctions from any and all claims for loss or damage to any item during transit and agrees to pay all costs of defense, including attorney fees, for any claims brought against Jaybird Auctions for loss or damage occurring in transit. *****After 14 days items not claimed are deemed property of the auction house without refund.******

If you have not contacted Jaybird Auctions to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
