Thousand Planet Auction House makes no warranties or guarantees whatsoever as to the quality, quantity, or condition of any article or lot. Descriptions have been prepared for guide purposes only based on consignees and shall not be relied upon by Bidder for accuracy or completeness. Bidders are required to do the best research and use the knowledge the bidder has before bidding.
Items are sold as-is without any warranty of any kind. Thousand Planet Auction House duty is to present items fairly for bidder consideration and the bidder's duty is to inquire well in advance of bidding if any hesitation exists as to the condition, color, origin, or nature of any item. By registering, you have agreed to Thousand Planet Auction House's full Terms and Conditions of Sale. Bidder's bid is a contract to pay.
Auction buying is not the same as retail buying. There are no refunds or returns for any reason since Thousand Planet Auction House DOES NOT own any auction lot, all auction lots belong to different consignees.
By submitting a bid, Bidder affirms it has inspected all items or has waived its right to do so prior to bidding. Bidders shall be deemed to have relied entirely upon their own inspections and investigations. Actual color and shades of the lot may be different from the online images. Bidders are not allowed to ask for a return for any excuses as Thousand Planet Auction House will make payment to consignee at the same day shipping out the auction lot.
