When bidding on any lot offered by Jaybird Auctions, the bidder indicates acceptance of the following terms of sale. Any participation in the auction binds you to the agreement of these terms whether or not you have read or understand the said terms. All sales are final. No items may be returned for any reason. Items are represented to the best of the auction house's ability, all descriptions are believed accurate but not guaranteed. The absence of a condition report does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Photos are considered part of the condition report. The auction house will do its best to accommodate additional photo requests and condition inquiries prior to the auction. Any condition report provided is an opinion only and is not a guarantee. All lots are offered and sold "as is", and Jaybird Auctions will not provide refunds based on condition. Please ask questions before bidding. We encourage bidder inspection. Reach out to the auction house to schedule an appointment. Invoices will be sent within 72 hours of the close of the auction. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. A wire transfer or cashier's check is required for purchases over $2,500. If your invoice is under $2,500 then you must pay for your item through Live Auctioneers. We do not accept any payments over the phone. There are no set pickup dates for this auction. All items will be shipped unless you contact the auction house otherwise. Shipping is not included and will be billed separately. We do offer combined shipping. Once your item has been packed we will send an invoice with shipping cost and tracking information via email and text message. Shipping cost is calculated by labor + materials + postage. We always try our best to keep costs down as much as possible. Please note it can take up to 3 weeks for your item to ship out and will not ship out until shipping has been paid for. All pickups are by APPOINTMENT ONLY at 1341 Hughes Ford Road Unit 119C Frederick, MD 21701. If you have any questions please feel free to message the auction house. TAX EXEMPT BIDDERS must upload your tax ID to Live Auctioneers prior to the auction or it will not be reflected on your invoice. Buyer releases Jaybird Auctions from any and all claims for loss or damage to any item during transit and agrees to pay all costs of defense, including attorney fees, for any claims brought against Jaybird Auctions for loss or damage occurring in transit. *****After 14 days items not claimed are deemed property of the auction house without refund.******

If you have not contacted Jaybird Auctions to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
