Alternatively, purchases may be picked up in person at Hartzell's Auction Gallery Inc. located at 521 Richmond Road in Bangor, Pa. Buyer's Premium: 18% on purchases in House Purchases with discount for cash or check and 23% to 25% depending on the Auction. Live Auctioneers Payment: HARTZELL'S AUCTION GALLERY INC. DOES NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL FOR PAYMENT. Payment must be made by cash, check, certified check or money order, WIRE TRANSFER (FOR INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS) & Credit Card, buyer's who wish to pay through LiveAuctioneer's may do so directly and will incur a fee of 2.8%. If you do not wish to do so you can call Hartzell's Auction Gallery Inc. directly for payment. International Bidders - Wire Transfer Only. A service charge of $10.00 a day will be added each each day for storage fee to unpaid balances beginning the tenth (10) business days after the auction date.Once the total of storage has reached the total amount of the invoice, the items will be sold to cover the storage fees. Other competitive bids may include bidders on the telephone, bidder in the auction room, and absentee bids left with the auctioneer. Lots are sold in numerical order according to the auction catalog at a rate of approximately 90 lots per hour. Absentee bids left on Live Auctioneers are executed by a staff member in the physical auction room. Other competitive bids may include: bidders on the telephone, bidders present in the auction room, and absentee bids left with the auction house. On occasion, tie bids may occur between Live Auctioneers absentee bids and other bidders. In such an event, the auctioneer has the discretion to award the winning bid to the in-person floor bidder or bid which was received earliest.
PAYMENT: Payment for purchases must be made or arranged within 3 days of receiving invoice. After this time period, the credit card used to register for the auction will automatically be charged for the full amount of invoice. Payment must be made to Hartzell?s Auction Gallery Inc. by Cash, Check, Certified Check, Money Order, Wire Transfer (International Buyers) or Credit Card. PayPal is not accepted for payment. Buyers who wish to pay directly through Live Auctioneers may do so, but will incur a transaction fee of 2.8% added to their total bill.
