Our staff thoroughly researches each item in auction but we are not experts. Full condition reports are available prior to the sale and all efforts will be made to share provenance when available. Zoom calls and in person viewing of the items are encouraged. Please email philippe@longlake.art to schedule a viewing. No statements made in the online catalog shall be deemed a warranty or representation or an admission of liability. Our staff works hard to photograph and describe the items to the best of their ability. As there are both online and in person bids accepted, tie bids do occasionally occur. It is the discretion of the auctioneer to determine the winning bid in the case of a tie. There are no refunds or exchanges. All bids are binding and final.
