This Auction is presented by ARCHITECTURAL ANTIQUES. The auction is conducted under these Terms and Conditions of Auction and applicable state and local law. All Sales are final. All Sales are strictly in UNITED STATES DOLLARS. Purchases are shipped to the buyer's registered and verified address. Payment is due upon the presentation of an invoice. Invoices will be e-mailed to buyers within 3 days of the completed auction. The auctioneer reserves the right to void an invoice if payment in full is not received within 6 days after the close of the Auction.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NONREFUNDABLE OR RETURNABLE.
ARCHITECTURAL ANTIQUES reserves the right to withdraw any item at any time before the actual sale. By submitting a bid, the bidder is accepting all of the terms and conditions.

If you have not contacted Architectural Antiques to arrange payment within 1 day of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
