Items must be removed from our premises within 30 days. Items that have not picked up within 30 days will be subject to storage fees of $10 per day. Items not picked up after 60 days will be forfeited.

Items can be previewed in person during store hours, Tuesday - Saturday 12pm-5pm.

"For payment, if you have a card on file with LiveAuctioneers, it will be automatically charged 72 hours after you receive your invoice."
Buyer's Premium & Fees
We charge a 25% buyer's premium which is added to the hammer price. Plus an 8% GA sales tax. Tax exempt bidders must have a tax form submitted with Liveauctioneers.

We present and describe merchandise as honestly and accurately as humanly possible. You forfeit your right to any claim or dispute by not coming and inspecting the merchandise yourself. Condition reports are available by request via phone or e-mail and must be made no later than 12:00 noon the day preceding the sale.
Although we will do our best to provide accurate condition information, the prospective bidder is ultimately responsible for inspection of merchandise. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please contact us directly for questions or condition reports.
