Terms and Conditions: Auction Participation: By participating in this auction, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions as outlined herein. Bidding: All bids placed are binding contracts to purchase the item(s) at the price bid. Bidders are responsible for carefully reviewing item descriptions, including any condition reports or additional information provided. Bid Increments: Bids must adhere to the specified bid increments outlined for each item. Any bids placed that do not meet the minimum increment requirements may be deemed invalid and rejected. Winning Bidder: The highest bidder at the close of the auction will be deemed the winning bidder. In the event of a dispute, the auctioneer's decision will be final. Payment: Payment is due within [48] hours of the auction's conclusion, unless otherwise specified. Accepted forms of payment include major credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and other secure online payment platforms. Non-Payment:In the event of non-payment within the specified timeframe, the bidder's provided debit card will be automatically charged for the winning bid amount, as well as any applicable buyer's premium, taxes, and fees associated with the purchase. Item Descriptions: All items are sold "as is" and "where is," with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied. Item descriptions and condition reports are provided to the best of our knowledge and are for informational purposes only. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items personally or request additional information prior to bidding. Buyer's Premium: A buyer's premium of [25%] will be added to the final hammer price of each item. This premium is non-refundable and constitutes a percentage of the final sale price. Sales Tax: Sales tax may be applicable based on the buyer's location and the laws governing the sale of goods. Buyers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges unless otherwise specified.

If you have not contacted Berooj to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
