Late Summer Lighting/Hardware/Unique Auction

This Auction is presented by ARCHITECTURAL ANTIQUES. The auction is conducted under these Terms and Conditions of Auction and applicable state and local law. All Sales are Final. All Sales are strictly in UNITED STATES DOLLARS. Purchases are shipped to the buyer’s registered and verified address. Payment is due upon the presentation of an invoice. Invoices will be e-mailed to buyers within 2 days of the completed auction. The auctioneer reserves the right to void an invoice if payment in full is not received within 6 days after the close of the Auction. ARCHITECTURAL ANTIQUES reserves the right to withdraw any item at any time before the actual sale. By submitting a bid, the bidder is accepting all the listed terms and conditions. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NONREFUNDABLE. THERE ARE NO RETURNS. Your bid is a contract and you should only bid on an item that you anticipate purchasing. If you are the winning bidder, you have entered into a legally binding contract to purchase the item bid. You should contact the seller prior to bidding for any questions about items. Payment ARCHTECTURAL ANTIQUES accepts seamless payments through LiveAuctioneers. All major credit cards, COD, Money order, Cashiers checks and wire transfers are all acceptable forms of payment. AutoPay If you have arranged payment through LiveAuctioneers Autopay and have not contacted Architectural Antiques to arrange other forms of payment within 24 hours of the auction, LiveAuctioneers will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice. Sales Tax Online purchases from ARCHITECTURAL ANTIQUES may be subject to sales tax. If you are tax-exempt, you must submit your tax-exempt certificate to LiveAuctioneers to prevent the collection of tax prior to the auction. Condition of items ARCHITECTURAL ANTIQUES makes every effort to accurately describe the condition of items offered in its sale. ARCHITECTURAL ANTIQUES accurately photographs all items. However, all items are sold AS IS and it is the bidder’s responsibility to review the condition of each item. ARCHITECTURAL ANTIQUES DOES NOT guarantee any antique item in its sale, because both you and ARCHITECTURAL ANTIQUES know that you can find an imperfection with anything that has been repurposed when you look hard enough. Shipping THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ORGANIZING AND PAYING FOR THE SHIPPING OF ALL PURCHASED ITEMS. The Buyer should notify Architectural Antiques within 7 days of the Auction of how they would like their items shipped or if they will be picked up. In-House shipping and the UPS Stores do not offer pack-only services and do not accept third party labels. Buyers can arrange their own 3rd party shipping if desired but must follow all terms and conditions set out below. All shipments must be fully insured/declared at their full purchase price. Buyers must provide a working phone number and email address. Buyers are responsible for any and all packing costs, shipping costs, duties, taxes, fees, etc. All items must be removed from the premise within 30 days of the sale, unless specific arrangements have been made. Any items remaining onsite after a period of 30 days will be considered abandoned and will be resold, donated, or disposed of as Architectural Antiques sees fit. Architectural Antiques offers In-House shipping and recommends alternative shipping via five other transporters. Small and medium-size packaged items up to 165" girth (H + W + D) or 150 lbs can be shipped via in-house shipping or both UPS Stores listed. Any size item can be shipped via Navis Pack & Ship. Large items can be shipped via Berger Allied and Plycon Transportation. If the UPS Store in Golden Valley (#1236) is chosen for shipping, Architectural Antiques will deliver the item to the UPS Store and the UPS Store will email/call the buyer for payment of shipping and packing costs. If the UPS Store in Wayzata (#3798) is chosen for shipping, the UPS Store will pick up the items and contact the winner with a quote. In-House shipping quotes are non-negotiable, and Architectural Antiques reserves the right to refuse to ship to any buyer at any time for any reason without debate. Several other shipping options are available. International Shipping: Architectural Antiques In-House shipping does not offer international shipping at this time with the exception of Canada. Please contact Architectural Antiques directly to inquire about Canada only. We recommend you contact one of the UPS Stores to discuss international shipping options. If you are a bidder residing outside the United States or desiring shipping outside the United States, you are responsible for making ALL packing, shipping, and customs arrangements. IMPORTANT POLICY NOTES IF ORGANIZING OUTSIDE SHIPPERS: Buyers must have their shippers make arrangements with Architectural Antiques before picking up the items within 30 days of the auction date to avoid abandonment. Architectural Antiques requires a signed authorization form indicating the winner’s name, auction date, lot numbers and choice of carrier, before releasing the winner’s/bidder’s item to a third party.
