Payment Terms:
All payments must be completed within 7 business days from the close of the auction. Failure to pay within this timeframe , and a daily storage fee will be applied for each additional day payment is delayed. This will only be waived if prior arrangements are made with us.
New Bidders:
In some cases New bidders without a bidding history are required to provide a valid photo ID and pay a $500 deposit. If the bidder successfully wins an auction, the deposit will be applied toward the total purchase amount. If the bidder does not win, the deposit will be refunded to the original credit card used.
Condition of Items:
We provide a general report of the condition of each item to the best of our knowledge. However, as we are not professional conservators or restorers, we recommend that buyers consult with a qualified restorer or conservator for a detailed and professional assessment. Buyers should personally inspect the lots to ensure they are satisfied with the condition. Any statements regarding the condition of items are subjective and based on our qualified opinion. Please also refer to the item descriptions for further details on the condition of each piece.
Reserve and Non-Reserve items:
Some items may have a reserve price, while others may not. All bids placed on items are final, so please be certain of your decision to bid before participating in the auction.
Finality of Bids:
All bids are final. Once a bid is placed, it cannot be retracted, and the winning bidder is expected to complete the transaction in accordance with the terms outlined above.
As-Is Condition:
All items are sold as-is. No warranties or guarantees are provided. Buyers should carefully review the description and condition reports before placing any bids.
