TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
CONDITION & DESCRIPTIONS
All items are sold strictly "AS IS, WHERE IS." The auction house makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the condition, authenticity, provenance, authorship, attribution, value, age, or quality of any item.
All catalog descriptions, including but not limited to statements of authorship, origin, date, age, provenance, genuineness, historical relevance, or condition, are presented solely as the opinion of the auctioneer or consignor. These statements are not factual representations and are not to be relied upon as such. They may reflect the beliefs of the auction house, consignor, or third parties and are expressly disclaimed as guarantees or certifications of authenticity.
Buyers purchase items entirely at their own risk, particularly with regard to potential forgeries, misattribution, erroneous valuation, or inauthentic items. By bidding and/or buying, the buyer and bidder expressly waive any and all claims against the auction house for inaccuracy, misstatement, error, or misrepresentation of any kind.
Bidders are encouraged to conduct their own research, personally inspect items when possible, and request condition reports or additional images. It is the buyer?s sole responsibility to determine condition and authenticity prior to placing a bid. THERE ARE NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES.

REMOVAL, STORAGE, AND HANDLING FEES
All items must be picked up or removed within 21 days of the auction. Items left after this date will incur a $5 per day, per lot handling and storage fee.
