Een verwijlintrest op betalingen bij handelstransacties krachtens de wet van 02.08.2002 zal tevens verschuldigd zijn vanaf de vervaldag van de factuur, van rechtswege en zonder voorafgaande ingebrekestelling. De toepassing van deze clausule vormt geen belemmering voor de toekenning van schadevergoeding en voor de kosten van de procedure, die zou noodzakelijk zijn, en doet geen afbreuk aan de eventuele toepassing van de procedure van rouwkoop. In het kader van de procedure van rouwkoop behoudt het Veilinghuis zich het recht voor om van de koper, die in gebreke is gebleven, de betaling te vorderen van het verschil tussen de oorspronkelijke toewijzingsprijs en de toewijzingsprijs bij de rouwkoop, indien deze lager is, alsook de kosten die voortvloeien uit de nieuwe veiling. Het Veilinghuis Cornette de Saint Cyr Brussel behoudt zich de mogelijkheid voor om aan de koper, die in gebreke blijft, een schadevergoeding te vragen voor alle verschuldigde bedragen. Het Veilinghuis Cornette de Saint Cyr Brussel behoudt zich tevens het recht voor om alle kopers die de onderhavige verkoopsvoorwaarden niet hebben nageleefd, uit toekomstige verkopen uit te sluiten. Afhalen van de aankopen Geen enkel lot zal aan de kopers worden overhandigd v??r de integrale vereffening van de verschuldigde bedragen. Ingeval van betaling met een niet-gecertificeerde cheque of door overschrijving, kan de levering van de voorwerpen worden uitgesteld tot de inning. Vanaf de toewijzing vallen de voorwerpen onder de volledige verantwoordelijkheid van de koper. Deze afhaling kan uitsluitend op volgende weekdagen gebeuren: dinsdag, woensdag of donderdag van 9u30-13u of van 14-17u30. De loten worden twee weken gratis bewaard. Vanaf de derde week worden stockagekosten berekend als volgt: een voorwerp 50? incl. btw/week, een schilderij 80? incl. btw/week of meubelen 100? incl. btw/week en per lot. Elke begonnen week zal als een volledige week worden beschouwd. Meubelen, en in het algemeen volumineuze stukken, worden in de opslagplaatsen van onze dienstverleners opgeslagen. De opslagkosten zijn ten laste van de koper en worden hem rechtstreeks door de dienstverleners gefactureerd volgens de geldende tarieven. Het Veilinghuis kan niet aansprakelijk worden gesteld voor de opslag van de voorwerpen. Het vervoer van de loten vindt plaats op kosten van en onder de volledige aansprakelijkheid van de koper.
