ReDesigned

John Moran Auctioneers is pleased to present ReDesigned, an auction featuring over 370 dynamic lots celebrating the creativity of art and interior design. For fine art, there are many important 20th/21st Century art movements including Abstract Expressionism, Modernism, Illustration, Cartoon and Contemporary. Highlights are two works by Josh Agle known as SHAG, whose humorous mid-century compositions reference decades of commercial illustration. The sale also includes a collection of art posters and contemporary prints and paintings from two local institutional collections. Design-wise, Charles and Ray Eames, Reno Wahl, Milo Baughman, Michael Berman, William Switzer, and Roche Bobois are our standouts. They are juxtaposed with art glass from Murano, Anne Wahlstrom, Ginny Ruffner, Marie-Rose Kahane, and designer rugs from Paul Smith, Fiona Curran, and Barber Osgerby.
