IF YOU CHOOSE ARRANGE MY OWN SHIPPING, WE WILL SHIP YOUR ITEMS AT NO COST TO YOU AFTER YOUR INVOICE IS PAID. Photography and Video Ownership All photographs, videos, and other media created by or for Golden Sun Auctions, Inc. are the exclusive property of the company. These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from Golden Sun Auctions, Inc. By participating in our auctions, you acknowledge and agree that all media content is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws in accordance with the State of California and federal regulations. Any unauthorized use may result in legal action to the fullest extent permitted by law. IF YOU CHOOSE LIVE AUCTIONEERS SHIPPING, WE WILL NOT OFFER A REFUND ON THE COST TO SHIP WITH LIVE AUCTIONEERS. Shipping: Beginning April 1, 2025, Live Auctioneers has mandated that all auctioneers first offer their company-owned Live Ship option. HOWEVER, WE DO OFFER IN-HOUSE SHIPPING IF YOU CHOOSE ARRANGE MY OWN SHIPPING OPTION. First, you have to pay your invoice and choose arrange my own shipping. Then, we can put our shipping rate in your Live Auctioneers paid invoice and send it back out to you. We ship in-house. We offer an in-house shipping option for those winning bidders who choose not to use Live Auctioneers Live Ship. Terms: 30% Buyers Premium. Message us if you live locally and want to arrange pick-up. There will be a 30% Buyer's Premium added on all purchases. Applicable sales tax and credit card processing fee of 3% will apply. All sales are final, all items sold are as is with no guarantees. Aeron House, LLC does not warrant the correctness of description, signatures, marks, authenticity or condition of said items. Please preview all items carefully and use your own judgment. By bidding at auction the buyer agrees to be bound by these conditions of sale. 1. As used in these Conditions of Sale, the term "final bid" means the highest bid acknowledged by the Auctioneer and the "purchase price" means the sum of the final bid plus the premium payable by the buyer, as set above. 2. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneers shall be the buyer. The Auctioneer has the right to reject any bid, to advance the bidding at his absolute discretion and in the event of any dispute between bidders, to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the lot in dispute. In the event of any dispute after the sale, Aeron House, LLC's record of final sale shall be conclusive. 3. Sales Tax applies to all purchases unless a valid tax exemption certificate is on file with LiveAuctioneers or Hi-bid. 4. No lot may be removed from premises until the buyer has paid in full for the purchase. 5. Registration approval, or decline is at the sole discretion of Aeron House and its representatives. 6. Aeron House and its representatives may, at our discretion, require identity verification prior to approving registrations. 7. Bid Rigging, the coordinated efforts of two or more registered bidders to “share?? winning lots by coordinating which lots to bid or not bid on, is illegal and will be reported to the online auction site. Aeron House will use all available resources to STRONGLY advocate revocation of online bidding privileges and, where applicable by state laws, refer such instances to local authorities. If items are not picked up or shipping invoice paid within thirty days, ownership of the items reverts back to Aeron House, LLC or their clients, and monies paid for items will be retained by Aeron House to cover storage, listing, labor, insurance, and other inconveniences resulting from the transaction.

If you have not contacted Aeron House to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
