By registering to bid in this auction, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. All Sales Final
All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties expressed or implied. Descriptions and photos are provided to the best of our ability, but no guarantees are made as to condition, authenticity, completeness, or value. All sales are final.
2. Payment Terms
We accept payment via LivePayments through LiveAuctioneers.
At the conclusion of the auction, invoices are automatically generated and the credit/debit card on file will be charged immediately in full.
Buyer's premiums, applicable sales tax, and shipping fees (if any) are included in the final invoice.
It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure that payment information is valid and up to date prior to bidding.
No returns, refunds, or chargebacks will be accepted.
3. Pickup & Removal
Local pickup is available on Thursday, December 11 at the address provided on your invoice.
Items must be picked up on the scheduled date unless prior arrangements are made.
Items not picked up or arranged for shipping by the deadline may be considered abandoned.
4. Shipping
We use LiveShipping through LiveAuctioneers for eligible items. Shipping charges and tracking are managed directly through LiveAuctioneers.
If you prefer to arrange shipping yourself or request in-house handling, select "Buyer Arranged Shipping" or "In House Shipping" at checkout and email nick@crossroadsestatesolutions.com
with your name, bidder ID, lot numbers, and shipping details.
A $10 handling fee per package applies only to Buyer Arranged / in-house shipments.
Shipping processing begins Friday, November 12, after the local pickup window closes.
We do not ship furniture, rugs, or other oversized items in-house. These must be picked up locally or shipped via Buyer Arranged Shipping (recommended partner: Barrington Pack & Ship, Great Barrington, MA). Please inquire prior to bidding for quotes on oversized lots.
5. Item Descriptions & Condition
Bidders are responsible for reviewing all photos and descriptions before bidding.

6. Bidding & Disputes
All bids are binding.
In the event of a dispute, Crossroads Estate Solutions record of the sale will be deemed final.
We reserve the right to cancel any bid or withdraw any item at our discretion.
7. Liability
Buyers attending pickup enter the property at their own risk. Crossroads Estate Solutions and the property owner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages.
Autopay
If you have not contacted Crossroads Estate Solutions to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
Sales Tax
Online purchases from Crossroads Estate Solutions may be subject to sales tax. Please see the following for more details. If you are tax-exempt, you can submit your tax-exempt certificate to prevent the collection of tax. Learn more about tax-exemption.
