Yoshine Art and Antique reserves the right to:
Withdraw, combine, or cancel lots at any time.
Replace or refund orders post-auction if items fail quality control, are unavailable, or sold in error.
Buyer's Premium
A 18% premium applies to all items unless otherwise specified.
Reserves
Auctions may include hidden reserves. Items with unmet reserves may not sell or may be sold to the floor. "No Reserve" auctions require no minimum bid above the starting price.
Item Conditions
All items are SOLD AS IS with any defects disclosed. Minor defects may not be noted. Images and descriptions govern in case of discrepancies.
Return Policy
All sales are final.
Refunds or exchanges are only offered for discrepancies between item descriptions and received items, within 3 days of delivery.
Unauthorized returns may incur fees or be discarded after 90 days.
Shipping
Shipping costs are added to invoices.

Items are sold without implied warranties of merchantability.
