The auction begins with Lots 2-293, an impressive offering of jewelry. Highlights include a high-grade Kingman webbed turquoise necklace with matching earrings by Ray Delgarito, a monumental vintage turquoise squash blossom necklace, a sterling silver and turquoise concho belt by Larry Martinez, and a multi-stone inlay tufa cast bracelet by Philander Begay. Lots 294-300 feature a select grouping of cabochons. Lots 301-460 present a great range of Western and Native Americana, including textiles, baskets, bronzes, bits, spurs, bridles, and more. Noteworthy pieces include contemporary Deer Lodge hitched horsehair bridles, a large vintage Wide Ruins Navajo rug dating to the 1970s, an original oil painting by Lester Hughes, and a bronze sculpture after Antoine Louis Barye, Bison and Bear. Great firearms are featured throughout the auction as well, including a nickel-plated Colt Single Action Army .41 caliber revolver (1901) and a 3rd Model Dragoon Cochise Colt commemorative with box and accoutrements, among others.
