Alderfer Auction's April 23 Collectors sale features a broad variety of art, antiques, and novelty items. Asian works include, an Imperial tribute fan, Chinese porcelain, snuff bottles, alongside a selection of Japanese inro and fine cloisonne by makers such as Namikawa Yasuyuki and Miwa Tomisaburo. Fine art, includes oil paintings by Walter Emerson Baum, Tatiana M. Alexeeva, Philip Richardson Whitney, Robert Seufert, and Ray Overpeck. Novelty and collectible items include a 1957 Corvette, a Messerschmidt KR200, a National cash register, Brepsomy model cars, Mills slot machine, and Franklin Mint silver. Decorative arts standouts are a Jaeger-LaCoultre Marina Atmos clock and bronze sculptures.
