Legendary Cellar of Hostellerie Jerome

Bonhams is delighted to offer 25,000 bottles from the iconic two-Michelin-starred Hostellerie Jérôme, led by visionary chef Bruno Cirino. A landmark of French Riviera gastronomy, this revered restaurant is as famed for its sublime cuisine as for its legendary wine cellar, renowned worldwide for its extraordinary depth and impeccable curation.

This unparalleled collection forms an encyclopaedia of French viticulture, each bottle was meticulously selected to complement Cirino's artistry, embodying the essence of perfect food and wine harmony. Wines were acquired from the domains and perfectly stored.

This is a three-episode global auction series that unfolds across Bonhams' premier salerooms. The first and second chapters resulted in white glove sales in Honk-Kong November 2025 and Paris February 2026. The third and final chapter is being held in London this April with a live sale on April 23rd and online sale closing on the 30th.

It showcases the great regions of France, opening with the effervescence of Champagne moving into iconic estates from Bordeaux, including Petrus & Château Palmer alongside the historic flagship of Sauternes, Château d'Yquem.

The next 50 lots are a roll call of the great Burgundian domaines. Domaine Coche Dury, Comte Lafon, Hubert Lamy, Paul Pillot stand out in the whites and Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, d'Auvenay, Leroy, Mugnier, Lambrays and Marquis d'Angerville highlights among the reds.

Château Rayas and their diverse range of wines, who need no introduction, guide us to the Rhône Valley with aplomb, with the finesse of the Northern Rhône bringing us wines from Jean-Louis Chave.

An awe-inspiring curation of cult Loire wine, Clos Rougeard, rounds out the collection.

A further opportunity to acquire wines from these iconic estates lies within an online sale that comes to a close on April 30th, The Legendary Cellar of Hostellerie Jérôme.
