Buyer's Premium is 16.9% for purchases made through LiveAuctioneers. Invoices will be emailed to the address on file with LiveAuctioneers at the conclusion of the auction. Acceptable payment method: Credit Card (through LiveAuctioneers). Pick up is available by appointment only and are scheduled the following Monday after the auction. All shipping and handling is third party and is NOT included with purchase. We can not provide quotes for shipping. We do not wrap, pack, or ship anything ourselves. We only release items to a shipper after explicit permission has been given to us. Please notify us after payment to make shipping arrangements. For larger items, including furniture: contact us for a shipping referral. Our preferred third party shipper does not handle large items.
All purchases must be picked up or shipped out within 30 days of the auction. Items not removed after 30 days will be subject to a $10 per day storage charge, up to 30 days. After 30 days the item(s) can be re-sold at the discretion of Cedarburg Auction & Appraisal LLC.
By bidding in this auction, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, and these Terms and Conditions supersede any other Terms and Conditions (as in Mastercard or Visa). If there is a dispute, it will be handled in-house by Cedarburg Auction and Appraisal LLC solely, and their decision will be binding.
Again, we reiterate, this is a total no-reserve auction, everything is sold to the highest bidder, please review items carefully as they are old and in most cases have been used for 100 years.
Autopay
If you have not contacted Cedarburg Auction & Appraisals LLC to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
